- Publish a Project in Building Connected - Once you have created a project, added bid packages, uploaded files, and added bidders, you are ready to publish your project. In order to preserve records and minimize subcontractor confusion, it is not possible to unpublish a project or bid package after it has been published, so make sure you are ready to publish before proceeding to the link for instructions.
