  1. On the Home tab, Open a New Email message.
  2. On the Message tab, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
  3. Under Select signature to edit, select the signature you want to edit if there are already ones listed [Skip to step 5]. Otherwise, select New, and type a name for the signature.
  4. If templates are not available in the list above then you can open a folder on your desktop labeled How To - [CON, ENV, COR]. It contains a Word document with Winter Signature Templates. Cut and paste signature into the Edit signature box. If you can't locate this folder, then please let IT Help know so that we can assist you with getting the template you need.
  5. Edit the necessary lines and click Save.
  6. Make another labeled Reply, this one will be simply your name and a contact number. Click Save.
  7. Under Choose default signature, you will click on the drop down for New message with the first signature you created, and for replies the Reply signature you created.
  8. When you have finished you can click OK on the bottom of the window and close the new email. To confirm that your signature is setup you can open another New Email to see your signature.
